Parent Driver / Field Trip Chaperone Procedures
Effective April 12, 2022, the Parent Volunteer packet has been updated for those who wish to participate as Parent Volunteers in the district; more specifically, those who wish to drive.
The revised Volunteer Driver form, along with new forms need to be completed when we have a volunteer driver. All driver forms should be retained in your building and a copy of these forms are to be sent to Beth Boak in the Business Office.
New columns have been added to the MorphoTrak Parent Volunteer Spreadsheet for you to fill in your information. Please email Beth Boak the name of the parent and their License Number. This information will be provided to the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission for verification, along with their Driver History Abstract Request and consent form from each one of these individuals.
